About The Position

Mercer Landmark is offering Associate or Apprentice Internships for students to gain hands-on experience with daily operations in one of their Agronomy, Energy, Feed, or Grain Business Units. The internships are 13-week summer programs that include sales, operations, marketing, or front office support. Interns will primarily work in their chosen business unit but will also rotate through other units as time and interest permit.

Requirements

• Associate Internship: Pre-Senior year students (entering their senior year or semester following the internship).
• Apprentice Internship: Pre-Junior year students (entering their sophomore or junior year or semester following the internship).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience with daily operations in Agronomy, Energy, Feed, or Grain Business Units.
• Engage in sales, operations, marketing, or front office support.
• Complete a 13-week summer program.
• Rotate through different business units as interest and time allows.
• Prepare and deliver a 10-20 minute presentation on internship project and experience to direct supervisor, CEO, Human Resources, and senior Leadership team prior to the last day.
