Early Head Start - Home Visiting Manager
About The Position
In this vital role, the Early Head Start Home Visiting Manager provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors (HV), supports their professional growth and high-quality service delivery, ensures fidelity to the home-based program model and Head Start Performance Standards, and collaborates with program leadership to support day-to-day operations. The Home Visiting Manager also partners with the leadership team to advance continuous quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, evaluation, and decision-making to strengthen program outcomes, services, and policies.
