About The Position

As a Public Health Home Visit Nurse, you will help families coordinate care for their babies and children, including those with special health needs. You will promote health and well-being during pregnancy, infancy, and early childhood through prevention and early identification of health issues. Home visiting programs supported by our department include Cacoon, Babies First!, and Family Connects. Come be a part of our growing team!

Requirements

  • Must possess and maintain a license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Oregon at the time of appointment.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain a valid Oregon Driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
  • May need access to and use of a personal vehicle and maintain valid automobile insurance.

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred which includes a 5% pay differential
