Location: Dallas, TX Summary: Home Technology Sales Reps. are responsible for prospecting, presenting products and services to homeowners, builders, and small commercial owners . Responsible for selling to customers and growing their assigned market . Sales reps will e nsur e proper documentation for sales agreements and proposals, existing customer engagement, and continuous communication with management. Sales reps are responsible for meeting established quotas/sales performance targets.

Requirements

  • High School or GED
  • A minimum of 1-Year Prospecting Sales
  • A minimum of 1- Year Outside Sales
  • Sales ability/persuasiveness
  • Self-starter
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Needs to be Savvy in Using Social Media to Increase Sales Leads.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sales.
  • Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client’s needs.
  • Prepare documents according to establish company guidelines.
  • Close sales and offer exceptional customer service & follow-up.
  • Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system including a final “walk-through” with clients.
