About The Position
Christ the King Manor is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our Home Support team in the Clearfield area. As a Caregiver/Home Support Aide, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or looking to begin a rewarding career in healthcare, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, TB test, and pre-employment physical.
- Available to work every other weekend.
- A caring attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to help reduce isolation and promote independence.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other essential errands.
- Follow individualized care plans and accurately document completed services.
- Maintain client confidentiality while providing compassionate, respectful care.
