The Home Solutions Advisor is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing referral partnerships, and converting opportunities into contracts, listings, and other real estate solutions. This role combines community-based business development with in-person appointments. The ideal candidate can build relationships with referral sources, create opportunities through networking and outreach, and confidently guide homeowners through the evaluation, negotiation, and decision-making process. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, real estate knowledge, disciplined follow-up, negotiation ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both referral partners and homeowners.
