About The Position

The home sleep study scheduler is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, forwarding calls, providing information, creating orders, and verifying insurance authorizations. This role involves greeting persons entering the establishment, determining the nature and purpose of their visit, and directing or escorting them to specific destinations. Additionally, the scheduler will answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted in the sleep lab.

Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• 1 year of work experience
