About The Position

Airtron Heating and Air is seeking a hands-on, business-minded Home Services Operations Manager to lead daily operations, grow performance, coach high-performing teams, and strengthen the homeowner experience. This role is a key feeder opportunity for future General Manager, Home Services leadership, providing meaningful exposure to people leadership, operations, customer strategy, sales execution, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HVAC, home services, field operations, or related industry experience.
  • 5+ years leading teams and driving successful sales or service performance.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgets, gross profit, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Customer-first leadership style with strong coaching, communication, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; field service management or customer service software experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to work locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Home Services sales, service, field, customer service, and administrative operations.
  • Drive revenue, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.
  • Review KPIs including technician productivity, average ticket, sales performance, replacement opportunities, callbacks, and NPS.
  • Coach, develop, hire, onboard, and retain strong team members and future leaders.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to improve lead flow, conversion, customer experience, and profitable growth.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and reinforce Airtron standards for safety, quality, appearance, and professionalism.
