About The Position
The Home Services Manager will take full operational and financial ownership of a $3.5M residential HVAC retail division in North Austin. This leader will bridge the gap between technical execution and revenue generation, managing service technicians, sales leadership, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- 5 years of specific leadership inside residential home services.
- Demonstrated track record balancing operational labor tracking with sales goals.
- High accountability with advanced conflict resolution and culture-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead field operations from the front to ensure safety compliance and high team morale.
- Partner with marketing coordinators to optimize inbound lead flow and conversion metrics.
- Oversee the operational transition of out-of-warranty customers into permanent retail accounts.
- Maintain high appearance and execution standards across the field staff and fleet vehicles.
- Deliver actionable business insight from internal field service management software.
