About The Position

English Rose is seeking a Part-Time Home Services Assistant to ensure the interior and exterior of our six beautiful residential care homes located in Edina, Minnesota are thoroughly cleaned and sanitary.

Requirements

• Attention to detail required to create an immaculate living environment and great customer service as you interact with seniors in their home
• Strong work ethic
• Collaborative work style as you'll be working with a partner to achieve daily cleaning needs
• Ability to bend at waist, kneel, crouch and lift or push 50 pounds
• Professional and positive attitude as you'll be interacting with our Residents as you do your work
• Dependable
• Current MN driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning beautiful residential homes
• Sweep debris from sidewalks and decks
• Clean windows and light fixtures
• Dusting and organization
• Floor care, including deep cleaning hardwood floors, tile and shampooing carpet
• Remove and properly dispose of garbage and recyclable materials
• Cleaning of mop boards and vents
• Deep cleaning of living & office spaces and bathrooms
• Disinfecting surfaces
• Replenish cleaning supplies in the home
• Other cleaning tasks as directed by Maintenance Superintendent.
