About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their team as Home Services Advisors. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a background in retail sales, customer service, insurance, home services, or hospitality, who possess strong people skills and a desire for a long-term career with uncapped earning potential. The role involves meeting with existing customers, understanding their needs, and recommending plumbing solutions. No prior plumbing experience or hard sales closing is required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable recommending solutions to homeowners
• Motivated to learn a new trade and develop sales skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
