About The Position
Bath Planet of Metro NY is seeking ambitious, results-driven Home Remodeling Design Consultants to serve Nassau and Suffolk Counties. This role involves meeting with qualified homeowners who have already requested a consultation, eliminating the need for cold calling or prospecting. The consultant will design customized bathroom remodeling solutions, deliver professional sales presentations, build customer relationships, accurately measure project requirements, and close sales during appointments. The position is full-time, 100% commission-based, with a first-year earning potential of $150,000–$200,000+.
Requirements
- Proven success in in-home sales or high-ticket closing.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
Nice To Haves
- Home improvement sales experience is highly preferred.
- Experience selling bathrooms, kitchens, windows, roofing, siding, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar products is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.

- Deliver a professional, consultative sales presentation.
