About The Position
American Home Design is seeking experienced Bath Installers and installation crews to complete bath and shower remodeling projects throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. The company has a strong, year-round project volume and offers $100K+ annual earning potential with weekly payments and opportunities for performance incentives. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity for experienced professionals with strong remodeling and construction skills, a reliable vehicle, and necessary tools and equipment. Two-person crews are preferred. American Home Design has been in business for over 45 years and is recognized as a Top Workplace, offering a consistent pipeline of sold projects and local support.
Requirements
- Experience with bath and shower remodeling or similar residential construction.
- Strong remodeling and construction skills.
- Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and install accurately.
- Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Professional customer communication and jobsite conduct.
- Reliable vehicle suitable for installation work.
- Necessary tools and equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience installing acrylic bath and shower systems is a plus.
- Two-person crews preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete bath and shower remodeling projects.
- Install bath and shower remodeling systems.
- Perform tub-to-shower conversions.
- Install replacement tubs and showers.
- Install acrylic bath and shower systems.
- Install additional bath remodeling products.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install accurately.
- Complete accepted projects efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate professionally with customers and maintain professional jobsite conduct.
