Home Operations Coordinator (Full Time)

Requirements
- Previous experience managing and supporting a team in Facility Operations, Housekeeping, or Maintenance
- Proven ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift weight in accordance with OHS requirements
- Strong sense of ownership in maintaining quality, cleanliness, safety, and consistency
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on the spot
Responsibilities
- Daily on-floor supervision of housekeeping and laundry staff
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality cleaning and laundry standards
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules
- Monitoring cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Coaching and supporting team members
- Working closely with the Centralized Maintenance Team and approved vendors
- Coordinating repairs, preventative maintenance, and follow-ups
- Completing basic maintenance tasks on a day-to-day basis and as required
- Identifying and addressing home and resident’s concerns promptly
- Monitoring supplies and liaising with vendors
- Ensuring all spaces remain safe, comfortable, and well maintained
- Supporting small operational projects
- Acting as an on-floor leader during busy periods
