Requirements

2+ years of mortgage processing experience
Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and compliance requirements
Experience working in a Loan Origination System (LOS)
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with precision and speed
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving mindset and accountability

Responsibilities

Drive loan files from application to closing readiness with accuracy, urgency, and discipline.
Efficiently clear conditions while coordinating closely with borrowers, Loan Officers, and third-party partners to keep everything moving.
Actively manage timelines to drive loans toward closing without unnecessary delays.
Ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements like TRID, RESPA, TILA, and ECOA.
Identify inconsistencies or potential fraud risks, escalate concerns appropriately.
Maintain audit-ready loan files at all times.
Serve as the central point of coordination between sales, underwriting, closing, and external partners to keep the pipeline organized, progressing, and on track for success.
