About The Position
This position requires regular on-site presence. Remote work is not available. We're refining pipeline management, tightening compliance execution, improving turn times, and creating a processing model that supports faster, cleaner, more predictable closings. You'll be joining a lending operation with a clear strategic roadmap focused on scale, precision, and operational excellence. Our team is strengthening underwriting readiness, improving documentation quality, and building a processing function that directly impacts cycle time and member experience. This is a growth chapter, and you can either be in it or watch it from the outside.
Requirements
- 2+ years of mortgage processing experience
- Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and compliance requirements
- Experience working in a Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with precision and speed
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and accountability
Responsibilities
- Drive loan files from application to closing readiness with accuracy, urgency, and discipline.
- Efficiently clear conditions while coordinating closely with borrowers, Loan Officers, and third-party partners to keep everything moving.
- Actively manage timelines to drive loans toward closing without unnecessary delays, all while ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements like TRID, RESPA, TILA, and ECOA.
- Identify inconsistencies or potential fraud risks, escalate concerns appropriately, and maintain audit-ready loan files at all times.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between sales, underwriting, closing, and external partners to keep the pipeline organized, progressing, and on track for success.
