About The Position

Birdwatch PBC is a growing company dedicated to simplifying homeownership for modern homeowners. We coordinate preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and assist with home improvements. Our service is built on a foundation of accountability, trust, and exceptional customer care. We are seeking episodic, part-time Home Evaluators for the DMV area to join our mission-driven team. This role is crucial as the first in-person contact between Birdwatch and our members, setting the tone for a long-term relationship. Home Evaluation Specialists use their deep understanding of residential systems to deliver clear, actionable insights, helping homeowners maintain and improve their properties without stress. By combining technical expertise with exceptional people skills, this role ensures members feel informed, supported, and confident in their home care journey.
