About The Position

This is a PRN (as needed) position for a Home Infusion / IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Atlanta, GA area. This role is fully remote and autonomous, offering a change from the traditional hospital setting with a focus on work-life balance and building one-on-one relationships with patients. The position involves providing immune globulin infusion therapies, utilizing clinical IV experience and a personal touch to care for patients in their homes. It requires one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment. Excellent written and verbal customer service skills are essential for interacting with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners. The role also offers continuous training on leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion, with reimbursement for eligible certifications like Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN). While primarily serving the Atlanta area, occasional travel up to 150-200 miles one way may be required, with paid travel time and reimbursed mileage.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current license in Georgia and the ability to be licensed in other states.
  • Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus
  • Have and maintain current CPR certification
  • Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause)
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.

  • Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners.
  • Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion.
