About The Position

Handyman Connection of Mason is seeking an experienced salesperson to engage with homeowners, understand their project needs, present proposals, and close sales for various home improvement projects including decks, bathrooms, carpentry, and painting. The role involves using Jobber software and a master price list for creating quotes and managing customer information. This is a commission-based opportunity serving homeowners in the Greater Cincinnati area, offered as either full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Experience selling home improvement or remodeling projects in customers’ homes.
• An established closing rate and a track record.
• Ability to write detailed scopes of work.
• Ability to explain proposals clearly.
• Confidence addressing objections.
• Experience following up with prospective customers.
• Comfort using software to manage quotes and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers in their homes to discuss projects such as decks, bathrooms, carpentry, and home repairs.
