About The Position

Clearwater Shower Bath is hiring a professional sales consultant to meet with homeowners throughout Central Florida and help them design customized shower and bath remodeling projects. We specialize in premium shower, bathtub, walk-in tub, and wet-area bathroom remodeling. During each appointment, you will evaluate the homeowner’s current space, understand what they want to improve, recommend the right solution, and guide them through the purchasing decision. This is a full-time W-2, 100% commission position with uncapped earning potential. Our internal marketing and call center teams schedule approximately two to three appointments per day with homeowners who have already requested information about a bathroom remodeling project. There is no cold calling, canvassing, or self-generated prospecting. Your focus is running a complete in-home consultation, designing the project, presenting the investment and financing options, and closing the sale. Typical projects range from $10,000 to $30,000 or more. Successful consultants have realistic earning potential of $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Commissions are uncapped and paid biweekly, with front-end and back-end payouts.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Professional communication skills
Personal iPad capable of running design software
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
