About The Position

The Home Improvement Financing Lending Specialist accepts and processes customer loan applications while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy. The position also provides administrative support within the group and communicates professionally with external customers and internal partners. Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, works with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide point-of-sale financing options for homeowners.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to use good judgment in difficult situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Demonstrated ability to follow directions and training procedures.
Excellent computer skills, including general database applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent customer relation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

May provide guidance to associates with less experience.
