About The Position

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join their care team. The role involves collaborating with a team to manage and deliver patient care plans. Requirements

Master’s degree from a speech and hearing program certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association to practice in the state in which you work
License and certification as a Speech Therapist, issued by the state in which you will work
Minimum of one year healthcare experience
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
