About The Position

Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced full-time Home Health Scheduling Coordinator in our Everett, WA office! We are looking for someone just as passionate as we are about providing life-changing service.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of staff scheduling experience , preferably in a home health and/or hospice agency
Experience with Home Care Home Base strongly preferred.
Demonstrate cooperation and provide excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task and stay on task in a fast-paced office
Excellent team-oriented, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Ensures optimum staffing and scheduling solutions by maintaining staff demographics, skill sets, availability, and productivity levels
Interface with contract, clinical, and office staff with a focus on collaboration and positive working relationships
Serves as the primary responder to all inbound calls and inquiries
Provides excellent customer service to patients, referral sources, and community contacts
Maintain proper daily workflow and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Assist intake and serve as administrative support for all office, clinical, and marketing staff
Communicates effectively and professionally regarding coordination of care expectations
Educates and enforces deadlines, schedule updates, and workflow requirements
Supports office workflow through cross-training in medical records, intake, and other administrative tasks
