Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative South Portland, Maine | Full-Time | In-Office Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM $23-$25 per hour + Benefits + Weekly Pay Looking for a career where you can actually make a difference? Requirements

• Enjoy helping people and being part of a team
• Stay calm and organized in busy situations
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Like problem-solving and multitasking
• Are dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Have experience in healthcare, scheduling, customer service, staffing, or office support
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or office administration

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus

• Coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients
• Answering calls and helping clients, staff, and healthcare partners
• Solving scheduling issues and helping keep operations running smoothly
