About The Position

Become a part of our caring community As a Home Health Sales Specialist: You will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care service to develop referral source relationships. You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. You will gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities. You will travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required. This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Use your skills to make an impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.
• Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred
