About The Position
This role requires a skilled Home Health RN with experience in managing high-volume caseloads. Prior travel experience in home health is mandatory, and first-time travelers are not considered. Candidates must possess BLS certification and recent OASIS experience. An OASIS exam will be administered as part of the eligibility process for an interview, covering sections such as Mobility (G-Section, GG Section, and M18).
Requirements
- 2 years of Home Health experience with high volume caseloads.
- 1 year of previous Home Health travel experience.
- BLS certification.
- Recent OASIS experience.
- Ability to pass an OASIS exam.

- Supervisory or higher references due at time of submission.
