About The Position
Work Schedule: 100%, full-time Day/Evening shift Monday-Friday / Rotating weekends. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. You may be eligible for a $20,000 bonus! Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, On-call pay. Requirements
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- 1 year of experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license from the State of Illinois.
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
- Bi-Annual CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER or oncology.
Responsibilities
- Provide home health nursing care.
- Administer IV therapy.
- Respond to patient needs in ER or oncology settings.
