About The Position
As a Home Health RN utilizing AI-powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitals and pain levels, efficiently and accurately. This position offers more time for hands-on, compassionate care to patients, reduced documentation burden through AI-supported tools, and improved work-life balance by cutting down on after-hours documentation. It also provides an easier transition to technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience required.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Associate's Degree Nursing (California)
- 1 year Professional nursing experience (California)
- California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed) (Required within 30 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- Home Health field experience.
- IV and Central Line experience
- Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices.
