You only need to work one shift a month to remain active!

Requirements

Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
Licensed through the state of Michigan as a Respiratory Therapist
Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
Knowledge of modern principles, methods, materials, and equipment
Knowledge of possible hazards to patients and appropriate precautions
Minimum of 1 year Respiratory Therapy experience
Problem Solving Skills and Ability to Multi-Task
Reliable Transportation
Valid Driver’s License
Work in a Team Responsibly and Independently
Compassionate with Good Communication Skills
Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background

Responsibilities

Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments
Ability to work independently
Ability to educate and administer all aspects of respiratory therapy including mechanical ventilation
Participate in training and transitioning of the patient from a facility to the home setting.
Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCare standards of practice.
