About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, with a focus on 1:1 patient care in the home. The coverage area is Ft Lauderdale, FL / Broward County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing nurses to spend more time with patients.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
