About The Position

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team serving geriatric patients throughout the East Valley. Our nurses provide personalized Home Health care during a 9-week episode of care while working closely with the Director of Nursing to develop individualized care plans that support each patient’s needs and goals. At Billet Health, we believe quality care starts with flexibility and support for our clinicians. Our nurses have the freedom to create schedules that work best for them and their patients. As new patients are admitted to service, our staffing team will coordinate available visits based on your preferred coverage area and availability. Most patient visits range from 45–60 minutes and are completed in the comfort of the patient’s home or residential facility. Billet Health is Joint Commission certified and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Requirements

Active RN License in the state of practice
Valid Driver License
Current Auto Insurance
AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona applicants only)
Current CPR or BLS Certification
Current TB Test (Skin test within 1 year or chest x-ray within 5 years)

Responsibilities
