About The Position
A Home Health RN is responsible for the care of patients in their home in Plymouth County, Iowa. The qualified candidate will perform OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients and be part of a call rotation for the department, which includes one in four nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epic is a plus.
