About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, with a focus on 1:1 patient care in the home. The coverage area includes Oviedo / East Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position offers flexibility and autonomy, with AI-assisted charting to reduce documentation time and a user-friendly EMR system. The company provides structured onboarding, mentorship, ongoing training, and free CEUs.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
