About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule and income through a pay-per-visit model, with consistent patient volume provided. The position emphasizes 1:1 patient care in the home, offering flexibility and autonomy without hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations. AI-assisted charting is utilized to reduce documentation time, allowing more focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
