About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a modified full-time schedule. Requirements
- Active, unencunmbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education
- Administer treatments and monitor patient condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Complete accurate, timely documentation using streamlined tools
