About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). The coverage area is Ocoee / West Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
