About The Position

Responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities for clinical and non-clinical employees within Golden Care of Northeast Pennsylvania. Serves as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process and ensures a positive onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, CHAP, and organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• At least one (1) to three (3) years' experience in health care operations, preferably in home care management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with the management team to identify recruitment needs and develops a recruitment plan designed to fill demand and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Recruits qualified Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and administrative personnel.
• Posts and maintains employment advertisements on recruiting platforms, social media, and community job boards.
• Reviews applications, conducts initial applicant screenings, and schedules interviews.
• Coordinates interviews with hiring managers and department leadership.
• Prepares and distributes new hire paperwork through the electronic HR system.
• Maintains ongoing communication with applicants throughout the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinates the onboarding process from offer acceptance through orientation.
