Home Health Recruiter (Onsite/Full-Time Position with Excellent Full Benefits Package, Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Structure)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting
- Caregiver recruiting required
- Home Care/Home Health recruiting highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media Recruitment experience
- Experience attending events
Responsibilities
- Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
