The Role As a PRN PTA with StellarCare, you will provide high-quality home health services to patients, helping them regain independence where they feel most comfortable. You pick the coverage areas and the days you want to work—we handle the rest.
Requirements
- An associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and a valid state PTA license.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (Home Health experience preferred)
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
- Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile communication.
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement functional, goal-oriented care plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, including gait training, strengthening, and manual therapy.
- Assist with home safety assessments and reinforce modifications to prevent falls.
- Complete timely daily notes and progress updates via our intuitive EMR system.
- Work closely with the supervising PT and the StellarCare clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions and effective care.
