About The Position

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist. The role provides one-on-one physical therapy to patients in their homes, helping them gain strength and independence and participate in daily activities. The therapist can see directly how their work affects patients’ ability to live at home. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
Valid driver’s license.
Current CPR certification.
Negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent or declination.
Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Therapy skills consistent with generally accepted standards of practice.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of durable medical equipment.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing physical therapy where they need help.
Help patients gain strength and independence to participate in their desired daily living activities.
Deliver care that supports patients’ ability to live in their homes.
