About The Position
Inspired Homecare is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a part-time, per-diem role with immediate openings. The position provides in-home occupational therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and personalized treatment plans. The therapist works with patients and their families to provide compassionate care tailored to individual needs and goals, and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care. Scheduling is flexible and based on therapist availability, with the therapist able to create their own schedule. The role involves traveling to patients’ homes at different locations throughout the day.
Requirements
- Experience working in home health.
- Familiarity with an EMR system, such as WellSky Kinnser or HCHB.
- Flexibility to travel to different locations throughout the day.
- Ability to adapt to different home environments and handle unexpected situations professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home occupational therapy services.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals.
- Work with patients and their families to provide compassionate care.
