About The Position

Inspired Homecare is seeking Home Health Occupational Therapists for immediate part-time, per-diem openings. The role involves providing occupational therapy services in patients’ homes, including evaluations, assessments, and personalized treatment plans. Therapists work with patients and their families to provide compassionate care and address individual needs and goals. They collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive, coordinated care. The schedule is flexible and based on therapist availability, with therapists able to create their own schedules. The position requires travel between patient locations.

Requirements

• Experience working in home health.
• Familiarity with an EMR system, such as WS Kinnser or HCHB.
• Flexibility to travel to different locations throughout the day.
• Excellent navigational skills and the ability to adapt to different home environments and handle unexpected situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Work with patients and their families to address patients’ needs and goals.
• Travel to patients’ homes and provide therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Document and maintain records using an EMR system.
