Requirements

Current, unrestricted Florida occupational therapist license OR interest in relocating to the Orange County area and eligibility to obtain a Florida state OT license
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel to homes in Osceola, Volusia, Seminole, and Orange Brevard counties
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screening test

Responsibilities

Create and deliver quality occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams.
Evaluate patients' needs and identify appropriate steps to meet their needs and achieve their goals.
Maintain high-quality care throughout all aspects.
Closely track each patient's progress.
Notify the care team of any condition changes.
