About The Position

Provide individualized, one-on-one occupational therapy to adults and older adults in their homes, helping them maintain independence. Coordinate visits directly with patients and plan a flexible workday around personal commitments. Visits occur during daytime hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, on workdays of the therapist’s choice. Compensation is competitive hourly or per visit, based on preference. Support includes relocation assistance, mileage reimbursement or a weekly travel stipend, clinical and office teams, and an electronic charting system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Occupational Therapist license in California.
At least one year of occupational therapy experience.
Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available.
Daytime availability between 7 AM and 6 PM.
Comfort with seeing multiple patients per day in their homes and spending a significant portion of the workday traveling between visits.
