About The Position

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to support patients in Danville, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. Occupational therapists collaborate within a team-based care environment to manage and deliver patient care plans. The position includes a total bonus potential of $15,000: a $10,000 first-year success bonus tied to key achievements and an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Occupational Therapist license issued by the state in which the employee will work.
• At least one year of healthcare experience.
• Current driver's license and ability to travel to patient locations.
• Ability to consistently meet critical charting deadlines and self-manage time and schedule.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen as part of the background process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
