About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join its home health care team in El Campo, Texas. The role partners with patients in their recovery, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in their homes. The Occupational Therapist focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness through health promotion, disability prevention, and hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's needs. The position provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a variety of patient personalities effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
