About The Position
Inspired Homecare is seeking Home Health OTs for immediate openings. This part-time, per diem position offers flexibility to create your own schedule and achieve a great work-life balance. As a Home Health OT, you will provide in-home occupational therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will work closely with patients and their families, utilizing empathy and problem-solving skills to deliver compassionate care. The role involves visiting patients at their homes for therapy sessions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care, and embracing values of high performance and customer-centricity. This is a flexible and rewarding work environment.
Requirements
- Experience working in home health.
- Familiarity with an EMR system like WellSky Kinnser (or HCHB).
- Flexibility to travel to different locations throughout the day.
- Excellent navigational skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and grace.
