About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join its home health care team in Cypress, Texas. The role partners with patients in their homes to support recovery, independence, functional abilities, mobility, and long-term wellness. The therapist promotes health, helps prevent disability, and delivers hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs. The position provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
- Educate patients and families on techniques that support recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
