ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking outstanding Per Diem Home Health Occupational Therapists for field-based positions servicing parts of Santa Clara County, specifically the South San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy areas. Requirements

  • Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience.
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skill.
  • Multilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities
