Our skilled nurses provide compassionate, high‑quality care that allows patients to heal in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to help patients remain independent while reducing unnecessary hospitalizations or emergency room visits. We believe successful recovery should happen wherever the patient calls home—whether that is a private residence, assisted living facility, independent living community, or retirement home. Healing happens best where patients feel the most comfortable and supported. Our team of nurses and healthcare practitioners works closely with patients and their families during periods of illness and recovery. Together, we collaborate on individualized plans of care that bring the right services directly into the home.
Requirements
- Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
- Ability to pass a background check (criminal history, APS/CPS)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Physically able to assist with transfers and lift 50+ lbs
